We relocated our Midlands based Engineering team to Stairways in March 2017. The location for us is ideal, being so close to our customers. All of the offices we rent have been adapted to cater for our specific requirements. During our tenure here we have no issues at all. The management team are always a pleasure to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble.

As flexible as you need it to be. Traditional leases are a thing of the past. The stairways building offers you a no deposit, flexible, long-term stability, rolling contract or short-term convenience even if you just want to use one of our state-of-the-art meeting or board rooms for an hour or two.
PRIVATE OFFICE SPACE
Personalise your private office space with your own office furniture, pictures and equipment. Make this space your own.

Car parking spaces are available for all tenants.
GREAT LOCATION
All offices are located on the ground floor of the stairways building. Easy access to the A425 and within approximately 10 minute drive to junction 12 of the M40 motorway.
MEETING AND BOARD ROOMS
Our meeting and board rooms offer great flexibility in both style and facilities. Presentation, catering and layout options can be organised to suit your requirements.
COMMUNAL KITCHEN WITH TEA AND COFFEE
All tenants have full use of the communal kitchen located on the ground floor with plenty of mugs, water boilers, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher.
DISABLED FACILITIES THROUGHOUT
The stairways building has allocated disabled parking spaces, access into the building and disabled WC’s. All corridors, doors and entrances accommodate wheelchair access.
OFFICE CLEANING AND RECYCLING
We employ a cleaning company five days a week (Monday to Friday) to clean all offices and common areas. We work closely with our cleaners to ensure they provide the very highest quality service. We take recycling very seriously and operate a very efficient recycling policy managed by our team of cleaners.
