We originally had plans to rent for a year and then move to bigger premises, but we receive such a professional and meticulous service from the TPP staff that we decided to stay and now have plans to expand our team and rent larger facilities here. number three has disabled access into the building, a lift located in the reception for access to the first and second floors. Disabled WC’s are located on each floor. All corridors, doors and entrances accommodate wheelchair access.
Communal kitchens are located on all three floors. These kitchens are supplied with complimentary tea and coffee, plenty of mugs, water boilers, a fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. Tenants have the full use of all these facilities.
At number three we operate a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system for our tenants to use with their own numbers. All handsets are provided and setup ready to go. The main advantage of VoIP is that it’s a cheaper option for your phone calls. But another key advantage is being able to combine phone calls with business data, link offices, mobile phones and home workers on to one simple, easy-to-use system.

We have our own on-site café and catering facility which provides a comprehensive range of food and drink to all tenants. It is open Monday to Friday serving breakfast, sandwiches, snacks and daily specials. If you are organising a meeting in one of our meeting or board rooms and require catering please contact our helpful café staff and they would be happy to help.
We employ a cleaning company five days a week (Monday to Friday) to clean all offices and common areas. We work closely with our cleaners to ensure they provide the very highest quality service. We take recycling very seriously and operate a very effective recycling policy managed by our team of cleaners. There are recycle bins located on all floors.
number three offers all tenants the option to take part in various, on-site Health & Safety training courses. Training courses run on a regular basis throughout the year, keep your business and your team safe without having to leave the premises. Courses run: Manual Handling, First Aid, and Fire Warden.

Centre Manager
Zena is our Centre Manager and our go-to-lady for everything about number three. With the support of Jenny and Mark, she ensures all the facilities run smoothly and without a hitch. Everything from Health and Safety, Fire protocols, client queries through to sales and marketing.
Zena prides herself in looking after our clients, from organising new office space, welcoming new tenants and showing potential new businesses around.

Receptionist
Jenny will be the first person to welcome you, your team and clients to number three as our really friendly, helpful receptionist.
She also helps with all the administration and smooth running of number three, taking care of bookings for all our meeting rooms, distributes the post and parcels and takes personal pride in making sure everything is as you would expect!
Maintenance
Piotr takes care of all our maintenance needs. He takes great pride in providing support for all our clients. From helping to move furniture to a new office, decorating and making any repairs and generally making sure number three is well maintained. Keeping the working environment perfect for all our clients is Piotr’s aim.
